The recommended dose is 6-9 capsules a day (3*3 a day). Although, the dose may vary according to the situation of each woman. In severe cases, you can take 9 pills a day. Once the breastfeeding process has improved and stabilized, you can go down to 6 or 4 capsules a day gradually.
It is recommended to take the formula after breastfeeding and at a minimum interval before the next breastfeeding.
