Our products are manufactured in Israel in factories and/or laboratories that meet the requirements of the Ministry of Health for proper production conditions..

Yes, our formulas are manufactured by GreenTec Ltd., kosher certified by Badatz and approved by GMP (a system approved by the Israeli Ministry of Health).

Delivery takes around 7 working days.

If you’re in Israel please note there are new delivery options if you order before 12:00 – Israel Time:

  • Orders to the Central Area (Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Bnei Brak, Jaffa, Beer Yaakov and Rishon Lezion) — Will be delivered within a few hours. 
  • Orders to Petah Tikvah, Holon, Bat Yam and Kfar Saba — Will be delivered within a few hours and up to 24 hrs.
  • Orders to Jerusalem — Will be delivered within a few hours or by collecting your package from a Post Office.
  • Orders to the rest of the country — Will be delivered within 24-72 hrs.

Please take into consideration that we will replace or refund any defective product delivered to the customer in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • The product has been returned within the 14 days of purchase.
  • The product was returned in its original packaging without any use being made of it.
  • The product will be sent by registered mail to the address of Rabbi Tarpon 4/4, Jerusalem.
  • The product will be accompanied by the customer’s name, address and telephone number where the customer can be reached.

No, all prices on the website include delivery costs.

Please take into consideration that changes and cancellations are applied as follows:

  • Order not sent – Any order that has not yet been sent can be changed and/or cancelled. A cancelled order will be charged a fee of 10 ILS. 
  • Order sent but not delivered – Cannot be changed, but can be cancelled. The cancellation fee is 5% of the order value in addition to 60 ILS [shipping fee], depending on the type of delivery and the COMPANY’S discretion, and in any case no more than 100 ILS altogether.
  • Order sent and delivered – Cannot be changed and/or cancelled.

Any refunds will take effect only after receiving the package back at the COMPANY’S office and deducting cancellation fees of 10 ILS plus the shipping cost of 35 ILS.
